Company History

SAI was founded in 1976 by David L. Schmidt as Schmidt Associates Partners, initially providing consulting and custom software development. Recognizing the opportunities provided by the AT&T divestiture, in 1984 we began specializing in the then-new field of usage management software. We incorporated as Schmidt Associates, Inc. in 1988.
