SAI and Comstructure Announce Partnership to Integrate Call Accounting and Telecom Expense Management Solutions

New Product Provides Broader Visibility into Telecom Spend

SAI today announced a strategic partnership with Comstructure LLC to incorporate SAI's award-winning Sierra Gold™ Call Accounting system into Comstructure's comprehensive suite of Telecommunications Expense Management (TEM) offerings, including iCIRT™, its unique expense management solution for voice, data, and wireless communications.

The new product will provide companies a greater level of visibility into their telecom environment by enabling call details such as time, duration, employee involved, department information, call cost, and more, to be reported and analyzed. The level of call analysis, monitoring, and reporting provided enables companies to provide detailed allocation of telecom costs to individual profit centers and throughout the enterprise, and helps limit fraudulent phone activity and optimize traffic and network usage.

Using a standard Web browser, managers have online access to processed reports within hours of the end of their reporting period. Enhanced features include toll fraud monitoring, ad hoc reports, operator directory, unified billing, and PBX integration. Sierra Gold VTS was the first usage management system to provide enterprise-wide call accounting capabilities with customized Web pages for instant report access via the Internet or corporate intranet.
