Technology PartnersOur Technology Partners provide telecom infrastructure hardware and related solutions. We work with these partners to ensure that our usage management solutions are capable of interfacing with each partner's hardware in the best way possible. AvayaSAI is a Gold-Level member of Avaya's Developer Connection Program, which involves formal product certification at Avaya labs and participation and collaboration on strategic technology and marketing activities. Avaya chooses program members who have particular experience in one or many areas of communications, and solutions designed to work with Avaya's enterprise communications platforms. Our Sierra Gold Telecom Usage Management System supports Avaya's enterprise voice products and is certified on Avaya platforms that operate with Communication Manager. CiscoSAI is a Gold Partner in Cisco's Technology Developer Program, thereby assuring customers that we have met the highest Cisco standards for network expertise and support capabilities, and that our products have met Cisco standards for quality and compatibility. As a Gold Partner, SAI offers customers the reassurance of timely resolution to support inquiries involving both companies' solutions. SAI achieved Cisco certification because of the value Sierra Gold brings to Cisco customer IP networks by providing call detail visibility and enhanced reporting functions to VoIP networks. The Gold Partner Certification also recognizes SAI's market leadership position and commitment to setting the gold standard in customer service and support. NortelSAI is an Open Developer member of the Nortel Developer Program. Through program membership, companies gain access to world-class tools and resources designed to assist in the development of complementary solutions. These tools include purchasable and/or licensable toolkits, APIs, specifications, documentation, and fee-based technical support.
