Valerie is our fearless leader of this Women-Owned Small Business. She has been a team member at SAI from the ground up for more than 30 years proving her experience and longevity in this industry. Her values of honesty, integrity and trust drive her commitment to her long-term SAI team and clients.

She handles all customer relationships like family, whether they are a new start-up or a Fortune 100 company, and she welcomes the opportunity to speak with her customers at any time.

As a wife, mother and grandmother, Valerie prioritizes health and wellness. She is an avid pilot, pickleball and golf player, loves to travel and is a certified Interior Designer specializing in barrier-free design.

Marc is a long-term member of the team having joined SAI in 1991.

As CIO, Marc is responsible for implementing IT strategies in operations that meet the business needs, deliver optimal return on investment and maintain utmost security. This includes managing computer systems, overseeing software development and ensuring that the company is safe from online threats.

When not at SAI, Marc spends his free time with family camping, shooting, reading and enjoying music.

As CXO, RD takes this thought seriously as he oversees the customer lifecycle and ensures positive customer relationships. He is in charge of increasing customer and employee understanding, designing and delivering positive experiences, prioritizing the customer’s viewpoint in all decision-making processes and keeping track of key performance indicators (KPIs).

An Army veteran and retired Correctional Peace Officer, RD loves the great outdoors and does a lot of fishing, camping and hiking. Most importantly, he is also the very proud father of two Army veterans.

John has been a driving force in SAI as a leading expert in Unified Communications Management from the birth of this company. His deep knowledge directs the technical aspects of SAI products and IT infrastructure to give our customers the best overall experience. Offering the most modern technology and making it accessible, usable and flexible is where you’ll find him every day.

John is a general aviation pilot, loves to fly-fish, bike ride and is a US Air Force Veteran. Thank you for your service John!
