To ensure Business Continuity for our customers, SAI created and enforces a detailed Disaster Recovery Plan covering all likely disaster scenarios. If a disaster or power outage occurs, we immediately execute to our plan, ensuring all operations continue with minimal interruption and without loss of data.

SAI strives to deliver uninterrupted service to our customers. To this end, our dedicated Crisis Management Team focuses on business continuity before, during and after a disaster. On an everyday basis, redundancy and preventive steps reduce the risk of avoidable failures. If a failure event does occur, this experienced team of professionals takes charge and executes to the predetermined crisis-management steps outlined in the Disaster Recovery Plan. After stabilization, the team works tirelessly to rebuild operations back to normal.

Our corporate headquarters are strategically located 30 miles from the nearest metropolitan center in a low-risk zone for fire, flood, earthquake, and terrorist attack. As backup, SAI maintains an alternate location as a fully-redundant service site, equipped with the same processing capabilities as our main data center. We monitor system performance at both sites 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Disaster prevention includes redundancy at multiple levels in the environment. Designed with RAID 5 disk arrays and supported on a UPS and backup generator, SAI employs redundant servers throughout the information and processing flow. Two separate ISP carriers, with two different points-of-presence (POPs), provide redundant internet access at our main data center and backup site. Two separate telephone carriers, each connected from a different central office, service both sites.
